Who is Dr. Jim Rachor

Jim Rachor is a dentist-turned-entrepreneur, speaker, and mentor who helps high-capacity professionals build thriving businesses, practices, and lives while becoming what Dr Rachor talks about in his latest book...a wealthy soul. Aligning faith, finances, and service for a legacy that lasts. With over three decades as a practicing dentist and multiple business owner and a background in economics, Jim combines clinical experience, business acumen, and investment expertise to guide families in stewarding their time, talent, and resources with purpose.

He is the founder of Smile Mentorship Institute, Transforming Futures Charitable Foundation, and Mission James Capital Holdings, and has been featured on platforms such as the University of Michigan, Money Insights, Carolina Capital, DLP Capital, Duckett & Ladd CPAs, and Brogan Wealth Management. Jim teaches and discusses practical strategies for cash-flow creation, capital preservation, tax mitigation, inflation hedging, legacy planning, family office formation for the small family, liability protection ideas, business and life strategies while grounding every approach in faith-driven values.

Beyond business, Jim serves as President of Transforming Futures US and Vice President of Transforming Futures Guatemala, leading nearly 80 mission trips focused on serving orphans and vulnerable children.
