Jim Rachor is a dentist-turned-entrepreneur, speaker, and mentor who helps high-capacity professionals build thriving businesses, practices, and lives while becoming what Dr Rachor talks about in his latest book...a wealthy soul. Aligning faith, finances, and service for a legacy that lasts. With over three decades as a practicing dentist and multiple business owner and a background in economics, Jim combines clinical experience, business acumen, and investment expertise to guide families in stewarding their time, talent, and resources with purpose.

He is the founder of Smile Mentorship Institute, Transforming Futures Charitable Foundation, and Mission James Capital Holdings, and has been featured on platforms such as the University of Michigan, Money Insights, Carolina Capital, DLP Capital, Duckett & Ladd CPAs, and Brogan Wealth Management.
